Delaware School District’s Strategic Plan Focuses on Mental Health

The Caesar Rodney School District’s new five-year strategic plan will concentrate on social and emotional learning. This shift will increase access to counseling and other mental health services in schools, as well as lesson plans that inform students about various mental diseases and the resources available for receiving care.
