The COVID-19 pandemic led to an unprecedented mental health crisis across the nation, exacerbating existing disparities among majority and minority populations. In an effort to alleviate these disparities, the Biden Administration has implemented several executive orders and Congress has passed legislation to promote mental healthcare, including the expansion of telehealthcare access.
