Workers must maintain a balance between being supportive, empathic, and understanding, yet professional at the same time. This training explores the nature of boundary issues at work by looking at the five different risk areas for most staff, offering tips and best practices for reducing the risk of boundary problems in the workplace.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Review boundary concepts and terminology
  • Examine ethical considerations with examples
  • Introduce a decision-making process
  • Adopt personal and professional interventions
