Triple bill combines NIATx, Adaptive Leadership, and Care Pathways Training
The Great Lakes MHTTC free training coming up in Duluth, MN, on Friday, June 14, combines NIATx Change Leader Academy skill-building with Adaptive Leadership and Care Pathways training.
Jeanne Pulvermacher, expert NIATx coach and co-director of the Great Lakes MHTTC, will lead the NIATx portion of the training, with Kris Kelly, Great Lakes MHTTC state program manager for Minnesota.

Care Pathways is a specific integration model for implementing client-centered team-based care.
"The three components of the day combine training in process improvement, how to adapt leadership to address shifts in attitudes and values, and a model for integrating care," says Kelly,
Participants can earn up to 4.5. NAADAC CEUs and leave the training with skills to lead a change project in their own organizations as soon as they get back to the office.
This free, one-day training will take place at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
