In the Managing Chronic Pain in the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Webinar Series, Drs. Christian Klepper, Chase Grosse and Tyler Brown discuss the ways behavioral health providers understand, assess and manage chronic pain in the primary care setting. The first webinar focuses on conceptualizations and models of pain; the second is on assessment; and the third is on treatment. All of these concepts are presented within the context of the behavioral health provider working with the medical home team.
