The Mid-America MHTTC Minute is back with another episode on the importance of leadership development! In preparation for the final installment of the Leadership Institute Community of Practice (produced in collaboration with the Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center and the Mid-America Prevention Technology Transfer Center), the latest episode dives into building rapport, working through overextensions, and identifying each person's unique thinking styles.
