Our team recently adapted our popular 30 Days of Mental Health Challenge Calendar into a digital format. If you're familiar with our physical desktop calendar version (see here!), then you already know how fun and refreshing taking the challenge can be.
For those unfamiliar with this resource, the 30 Days of Mental Health Challenge provides manageable daily reflections and tasks for bettering your personal well-being during your day-to-day life. Daily challenges can be anything from watching a short video, to writing down a reflection, to unplugging from your devices for an hour.
With this new digital format, participants will receive daily emails with their challenges. It's free, and all you have to do to sign up is join this email list.
