Providers of all occupations render crucial care to individuals in high-stress environments. This presentation will provide foundational information for providers seeking to increase their skills in identifying when limits and boundaries are helpful and how to set boundaries on their personal and professional time.

Julio Brionez, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in Wyoming, Colorado, and Montana. He primarily serves at the UWYO university counseling center and in his private practice, JB LLC. Dr. Brionez is a first-generation college student, identifies as Latino, male, and uses he/him pronouns. He specializes in the treatment and prevention of suicide and uses interventions from acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive therapies.
