Across the United States, the 988 mental health hotline went live a couple of weeks ago. It's more recognizable sister hotline, 911, has had decades to build up support, infrastructure, and awareness. The 988 hotline will take some time to do the same thing, but we want to do our part at the Mountain Plains MHTTC to help build awareness of such a crucial hotline for mental health.
