National Women's Health Week Webinar Series

It’s Not Just You, this is Hard,
Especially for Women: Caring for ourselves and cultivating resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has created profound stress due to a range of experiences, not limited to grief, economic hardship, fear and ongoing uncertainty. No aspect of our lives has been untouched. This stress has taken a particularly hard toll on women, who, as always, find themselves holding it all together. This comes at a price. Women are experiencing unprecedented rates of behavioral and mental health challenges, including high rates of anxiety and depression. There is no shame in being stressed, nor weakness in taking time to care for ourselves. This webinar series is for anyone, including those who have been caring for others during the pandemic. We will address pandemic stressors and explore an array of opportunities to care for ourselves and cultivate resilience.
