This series helps participants to practice mindfulness-based exercises, led by a facilitator.
This series will expand on the evidence-based practices that have been introduced in prior series. Participants will have the opportunity to review and practice mindfulness-based exercises, led by a facilitator. Each month will feature a mindfulness theme with supportive practices. Participants can register for and attend any number of sessions. The same link will be used for all sessions.
