Circles of Care Resources

 

While primarily designed for SAMHSA Circles of Care (CoC) grantees, the helpful resources below are also relevant for any tribal or urban Indian community seeking to design, enhance, or expand a comprehensive, holistic, evidence and community-based, coordinated system of care to support mental health for children, youth, families, and caregivers. Some resources are relevant for multiple purposes.
