Utilizing an Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Framework to Advance the Mental Health of K-12 Faculty and Staff

Teacher and administrator health profoundly affects the student experience and the school community, particularly students from marginalized communities. Yet, few schools feel equipped to address adult well-being systematically. In this session, we’ll describe the value of prioritizing teacher well-being interventions and programs and examine how to implement these strategies using a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) framework. Participants will learn what they can do to strengthen support systems, build a culture of wellness, and better support faculty and staff.
