Family Compassionate Conversation: Talking to Loved Ones About How They Are Doing

Join us for a conversation about your successes and struggles when talking to loved ones about how they are doing. Learn tips and strategies to talk to your loved ones and share your experiences, and experience a brief mindfulness practice you can share with your family members. This is an opportunity for you to come with questions about discussing mental health and well-being with your partner, children, parents, and other family members, as well as a place to share positive and negative experiences around this topic.
