C-TLC | Courageous Conversations: A partnering tool to achieve equity in schools

This webinar was about the power of Courageous Conversations, a model for creating safe spaces for staff and students to have challenging, but necessary conversations about inequity. Maria E. Restrepo-Toro, M.S., Project Manager for Training and Education at Yale University’s Program for Recovery and Community Health and Manager of the New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center, reviewed the four agreements of a courageous conversation, explained how to use the courageous conversation compass, and discussed ideas for starting courageous conversations in your classrooms and schools.
