In collaboration with the Opioid Response Network and the New England Region 1 Mental Health Technology Transfer Center, CCSME offered this two-part series to address the relationships between infant and adolescent trauma, and the risk and potential for a substance use disorder outcome. Participants in this webinar learned about the various ways addiction impacts the maternal and infant brain, how to identify prevention strategies, how to describe the significance of attachment parenting to promote infant resilience, and discussed the risk of inherited genetics.
