On November 14th, Larry Davidson, NE-MHTTC director, led a webinar that discussed the principles of recovery-oriented systems of care. He also talked about a resource called "Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Resource Guide" which can be downloaded through the download button.
