Psychiatric diagnoses are becoming increasingly more prevalent in transition age youth. These mental health conditions can lead to long term disabilities that disrupt the normative developmental process and establishment of roles like student and worker. This training series aims to develop the required competencies for DVR counselors to support transition age youth in their employment and educational goals.
