Dr. Anthony Zazzarino, Ph.D., LPC, ACS, CPRP
Psych Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions
 
Dr. Zazzarino is a
full-time faculty member at Rutgers University in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions. He is a Counselor Educator researching counseling services for sexual minorities with a serious mental illness. He trains extensively and presents at local, state, and national conferences on the needs of sexual minorities, psychiatric rehabilitation methods, counseling services, and supervision approaches; and teaches masters and doctoral level courses. Dr. Zazzarino is also a suicide prevention trainer for the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide, facilitates group therapy for adolescents at an intensive outpatient program, provides outpatient counseling services for his private practice, and provides clinical supervision for counselors.
