Do you work with youth and young adults of transition age in California? If so, we hope you will join us for the California TAY Professional Learning Community (PLC). The CA TAY PLC is a monthly community learning forum on topics relevant to TAY-serving providers, advocates, champions, and allies. We want to bring together diverse expertise from across sectors, so please feel free to share this opportunity widely.
