Leadership during chaos requires mental health providers to reflect and learn about existing challenges, find solutions collaboratively with other professionals and team members, and determine new solutions. The unpredictability and severity of the challenges influences the strategies that mental health providers, organizations, and systems must put in place. In this workshop, we will apply new strategies and adaptive leadership principles to continue to “weather the storm,” and lead effectively, while addressing our own well-being.

Innovative Leadership Strategies for Mental Health Professionals
