This workshop takes a deep dive into the Five Critical Functions of Supervision – a framework for exploring a range of issues that may be addressed during supervision – to encourage small-group consultation and role playing to hone problem-solving skills. The goal of this workshop is to learn from each other and advance peer support and supervision practice through collective wisdom, reflection and collaboration.
