Healthy Connections to Overcome Addictions

This 90-minute webinar will showcase the journey of recovery through the holistic concept of mind and body connection. Alano Club Board Member and Run TRG founders, Yassine Diboun and Mike Grant, will show us how their creative programs, offered through the Alano Club of Portland, Oregon, have become beacons of light for those in or seeking recovery. The connections and support gained through their community aims to improve participants’ holistic well-being; including physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and behavioral health, all while having fun and digging deep. Participants will learn about the Alano Club organization and how they are re-defining recovery support and personal well-being through physical exercise.
