00:39:24	Anthony Zazzarino:	Ken, you raise an important point that faculty may also feel stressed out and it is important for faculty to honor their feelings and practice self care.

00:44:05	Ellen Anderson:	It’s challenging, because you don’t want then to feel like you’re cutting anyone off.
00:46:24	Ann Murphy:	I think one of the challenges is that because this is an ongoing situation people are feeling this over many weeks and you can’t make every class a process class.
00:51:29	Ellen Anderson:	If a student is taking multiple classes at one time, should the student be directed to communicate this to all her faculty?
00:53:16	Ann Murphy:	How do you weigh responding quickly to the student and taking time to make sure you’re in a good place?
00:53:30	Anthony Zazzarino:	I think it is still important to specify structure and not open ended timeframes.  I know this could be difficult, but I still feel like I have to evaluate students and their work.  I think turning this situation into a normalizing situation that, in life, obstacles can get in the way.  I think we need to balance flexibility with responsibility.  I am all for students needing additional time and also letting them know that there are other options, if the student can not complete the tasks (i.e., incomplete, in progress, etc.)
