Mordecai Dixon, from the South Southwest MHTTC, is the presenter at this Grand Round event for the Texas Department of State Health Services. This learning session is designed to provide update leaders at all levels of the organization on tenants of trauma informed practices drawing connection between trauma informed practices and attainment of mission critical goals.

The session provides critical examination of the characteristics of trauma informed organizations and discusses the role of innovation in creating work place norms that engage and retain critical human capital, increase service outcomes and encourage cross functional, cross sector collaboration.  This presentation is closed to the public.
