While primarily designed for SAMHSA Circles of Care (CoC) grantees, the helpful resources below are also relevant for any tribal or urban Indian community seeking to design, enhance, or expand a comprehensive, holistic, evidence and community-based, coordinated system of care to support mental health for children, youth, families, and caregivers.
