Session 1: Inclusive Work Culture- Assessing for Fit

This webinar is for practitioners in Supported Employment, Supported Education, Assertive Community Treatment, or others providing vocational rehabilitation services. Examining work culture provides an opportunity to gather important material about the company to assist job seekers. Work culture includes how employees interact with one another, the values of an organization, and the characteristics such as physical space and the hierarchical structure. We will discuss various ways to assess work culture to provide job seekers valuable information about this critical workplace component.
