The Northwest MHTTC and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction sponsored the second MTSS Fest (East) conference from May 6, 2019 - May 7, 2019 held in Spokane, Washington.

Several presentations on school mental health topics across three tiers of intervention were given by local and national experts. 

Some of the presentation topics were Integrated Systems Framework, Exploring the Landscape of Mental Health, Behavioral Health and MTSS, and MTSS in High School Classroom. The conference experienced over 400 attendees.
