Participants will learn how to shift the frame of supervision and lay a clear foundation for expectations. Presenters will address best practices for communicating through tele-modalities to ensure that supervisors can recreate nuanced communication practices akin to in-person approaches. This session will explore ethical and legal considerations across a range of topics, from informed consent to managing crises that arise in supervisees’ clinical encounters. The context of the current global pandemic is woven in throughout the training.
