Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to educate Americans that substance use treatment and mental health services can enable those with mental and substance use disorders to live healthy and rewarding lives. Now in its 30th year, Recovery Month celebrates the gains made by those in recovery.

This webinar will focus on how health practitioners, families, and individuals can implement community resources to maintain recovery for persons with mental and substance use disorders, as well as why fellowship sustains recovery

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 1pm EST
Recovery Is…
This webinar will feature individuals living in recovery who are now working in the field to help and support others. The discussion will focus on individuals telling their personal recovery stories, what they are doing to give back, and how they are making a difference in their community.

Friday, September 27, 2019 1pm EST
Celebrating Recovery across the Nation
This webinar will include individuals from organizations who host Recovery Month and other educational events to celebrate Recovery Month, and help to raise awareness around mental and substance use disorders, treatment, and recovery.
