PCBH is an integrated care model that is team-based and focused on population health. Participants will learn about gaining agency buy-in, creating space for workflow, developing a collaborative, team-based approach to behavioral health, and the type of skills and training a behavioral health provider may need to be successful in a primary care consultation model.
