Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) are a group of mental health conditions that occur during pregnancy or up to 1 year postpartum. PMADs are an important public health issue that are currently on the rise among women, families and communities.
The Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) Provider Needs Assessment was created to gather the training and technical assistance needs of providers who work with individuals affected by PMADs. Your feedback will be used to inform the content of trainings and resources for providers of individuals affected by PMADs. This form takes less than five minutes to complete.
