Presenter:

Dr. Topaz Sampson-Mills is double board certified in Forensic and Adult Psychiatry. She received her Bachelor of Science from Spelman College. Thereafter she completed medical school at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Sampson-Mills was chief resident at the Menninger Department of Behavioral Sciences, where she completed her psychiatry residency. She completed her forensic psychiatry fellowship training at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University. While in fellowship, Dr. Sampson-Mills testified as an expert witness in several cases in New York State. In the fall of 2022, she will commence her role as Staff Psychiatrist at the Menninger Clinic and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine.
