Self-Care in the Time of COVID-19

Many people have found it difficult to cope with the dramatic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Self-care is more than "taking care of yourself."It involves identifying and addressing one's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs - even more so during the current crisis. Participants will learn how to create a personal self-care plan for achieving mental health and wellness. This Baltimore Faith Based Commission for Behavioral Health-sponsored event is supported by the Central East MHTTC.
