Suffering in Silence: Depression, Stress and Trauma in Black Men

Although more than 40 million Americans struggle with mental illness every year, African American men are less likely to get help. This workshop will address depression, trauma and stress in African American men. It will also provide them with an opportunity to communicate with African American male therapists to acknowledge their psychological pain and seek help.
