This Central East MHTTC-supported event will assist clergy in preventing burnout from the heavy emotional and physical strain placed on them relative to meeting the mental and emotional needs of their congregations, as well as create awareness regarding the need for each participant to develop a regimen of mental health care. The session will also address severe emotional and mental distress among clergy and how to provide appropriate assistance to a colleague in need.
