Good for You: Year-End Wellness for Helping Professionals

Event Description

Even though you're an expert at helping everyone else, it doesn't mean you always take care of yourself. Join Dr. Rebecca Marshall, a life and wellness coach with a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, for an one-hour workshop filled with practical tools to help you feel better during the end of the year chaos. Explore (and practice!) evidence-based strategies for nervous system regulation, mindful self-compassion, and other wellness practices to navigate the year-end demands and welcome the new year with calm. Prioritize yourself and step into 2023 with a renewed sense of calm and vitality. We hope to see you at our last Workshop Wednesday training in 2023.
