After the success of our summer series, Decolonizing Training and Supervision: Implementing a Culturally Responsive Model of Training, the Mid-America MHTTC and Morningstar Counseling are proud to announce the Decolonizing Training and Supervision Conference.
This two-day event aims to teach participants about the role of colonization and historical trauma in behavioral health training, as well as to educate participants about what it means to decolonize training and supervision. Attendees will also be invited to explore the competing worldviews of supervisors and supervisees while in the training and supervision space. Full training learning objectives include:
