This session will explore specialized psychiatric rehabilitation programs for people aging with serious mental health conditions (SMHC) and discuss practices to empower and promote mental health in people aging with SMHC such as shared-decision making. Learning Objectives: • Identify the strengths and challenges of people aging with serious mental health conditions (SMHC)

• List examples of psychiatric rehabilitation programs for people aging with SMHC

• Clarify the benefits of peer-delivered services for people aging with SMHC
