practice coachingSoutheast MHTTC Practice Coaching Program

The Southeast MHTTC recognizes the need for behavioral health organizations to adapt and innovate as a result of COVID-19 and invites mental health agencies in the eight Region IV states to apply to our Practice Coaching Program. Working with our Practice Coach, selected teams will have the opportunity to set goals and develop action steps to address the challenges currently faced.

Practice Coaching has been used to assist mental/behavioral health practices in their efforts to improve quality and methods of care. Practice Coaches provide intensive consultation and work collaboratively with leadership and implementers to address challenges to improvement and work to achieve organizational change.

The goal of the Practice Coaching Program is to support teams in their efforts to:

  • Implement and/or scale evidence-based practices
  • Develop or structure organizational change
  • Build leadership and staff capacity
  • Strengthen current programs and initiatives

Mental health agencies in HHS Region IV have the opportunity to submit a team for participation in Practice Coaching.  Applications for the 2020 - 2021 Practice Coaching Program are open for submission until October 30, 2020. Please visit our website to apply:
