This two-day training is targeted for school or district teams in the beginning stages of implementing school-mental health systems and services. The training will review the national best practices and guidance around building effective school mental health systems, to best support the mental health and well-being of students, families, and school staff, with an emphasis on teaming practices. Teams will have the opportunity to assess their current teaming practices and create a strategic plan for improvement. The training will wrap up with hands on tabletop exercises designed to allow for application of learning.
