Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) includes four modules that cover a combination of neuroscience and evidence based skills to decrease stress and help you withstand and bounce back from adversities. It addresses two aspects of the human experience - attention and interpretation.
Module 1: Gratitude
Module 2: Mindful Presence
Module 3: Kindness
Module 4: Resilient Mindset
Trust Pods would also be formed utilizing the Restorative Practice Model. Trust Pods serve as a restorative and processing space that is psychologically safe and free for sharing nonjudgmentally. Trust Pods would meet monthly to process stressors and use the evidence-based skills learned in SMART to work through stress.
