Thank you for joining Southeast providers in a 6-week, on-line learning community focused on doing more with less.  Each week, we will present information on a core skill that transcends different areas of practice, including small group discussion and support on how to incorporate that skill in your particular setting. This page serves as a resource for reviewing information shared during the sessions.

  • General Organizational Index (GOI):The General Organizational Index was developed during the National Implementing Evidence-Based Practices Project to identify and evaluate key components that help successful implementation.  The items on the left describe key organizational supports.  Ideally, you want to score a 4 or 5 on the items to have a strong infrastructure in place to support an evidence-based practice.
