Responding to Provider Stress and Burnout - Cultivating Hope and Compassion

Providers of all occupations are experiencing increased levels of on-the-job stress as they work to respond to the many needs of the individuals they serve during the COVID-19 pandemic. Acknowledging these challenges and securing appropriate supports are crucial to promoting the well-being of all providers. This training provided attendees with detailed information on the impact of chronic stress and compassion fatigue as well as strategies to cultivate hope, compassion, and resilience.
