Looking for practical ways to address racial equity in your agency or organization?

“Real change happens when we share our lived experience and take actions that support inclusion. At the end of the day, we all really want the same things: respect, meaning, purpose, and opportunity.”

~Maria E. Restrepo-Toro, BSN, MS
Co-Director, New England MHTTC

Hear from experts in the field, access evidence-based materials, and learn how you can develop and put into practice an action plan to shift policies and practices to ensure cultural responsiveness and workplace equity.

Our REACH for Organizational Change Learning Community is an opportunity to consider the multiple levels of cultural responsiveness needed for optimal behavioral health treatment, recovery, and care.

Our trainings are specifically designed to support teams of staff members and/or individuals from the behavioral health, education, government, health care, and nonprofit sectors.

Watch Previous Sessions
Our webinars are intentionally delivered as 90-minute, didactic presentations with interactive activities, facilitated wrap-up, and Q&A opportunities. We also offer value-added "Diversity Talks" after each session to extend and encourage dialogue between speakers and participants.

Diversity Talks

Our Diversity Talks offer a window of availability with thought leaders and provide the space and opportunity for small group conversations and discussions around curated resources that promote racial equity and culturally humble practices in behavioral health and recovery-oriented care.
